The Thames Gateway Car Share site has been set up through a cross-boundary partnership between the Thames Gateway South Essex Partnership, Southend Borough Council, Thurrock Council and Essex County Council through funding provided by the Thames Gateway South Essex Partnership.
These authorities are working together to provide this car share site to help reduce congestion in Essex , therefore reducing delays and improving business efficiency and air quality.
